allumi for Windows 2.0
Instant sensing, a floating bar, your day across devices and nudges on screen. It updates itself from our own feed.
Roadmap · checked against the pitch
Our pitch promised 32 milestones, from the first tracker to a Life OS that sees patterns before you do. Here is every one of them, checked against the code that exists today: what is live, what is being built, and where we go next.
Last checked against the code: 1 November 2026, 16:00.
Days of building
Since 20 June 2025, in Zürich. Counted live.
Where we are, November 2026
The first version proved the idea on a no-code stack. In October 2026 we rebuilt all of it on our own platform in Zürich, with every function kept, and opened sign-up. The apps for Android and Windows followed the same week. What is left of the pitch is mostly the part that makes allumi act on its own: real-time triggers, the research lab, money and the Mac.
Instant sensing, a floating bar, your day across devices and nudges on screen. It updates itself from our own feed.
Ask allumi answers with cards on web and phone: your day, goals and patterns, not only text.
Install it from allumi.ai. Screen time, places and Health Connect data, synced about every 15 minutes.
A secure link lets assistants like Gemini use allumi's tools. You approve each one and can disconnect it any time.
The four core systems
The meter counts the pitch's milestones for each system: live counts fully, in progress counts half.
Collects the signals of your day automatically: apps, phone, health, sleep, places, meals and calendar, all on one timeline.
Reads your Life Graph and answers from your own data: what happened, why, and what is likely next.
Studies habits, triggers, stress and lifestyle loops across many days, to learn what helps you grow and what holds you back.
allumi doesn't wait to be asked. When your data shows a pattern, it steps in with a nudge at the right moment.
The apps that collect your signals: computer, phone and watch.
Spending next to the rest of your life. Read-only, never payments.
Security, your control over your data, and the tools to run allumi responsibly.
Step 02 of the pitch: connect your devices
The pitch names Windows, macOS, Android and iPhone. This is the honest state of each, and the step between it and your hands.
Everything allumi does, in the browser, with dark mode and two-step sign-in. Rebuilt in October 2026.
Next: Sign in with Google.

The pitch timeline, milestone by milestone
Milestones sit in the quarter the pitch gave them. Some landed later than pitched, some earlier; the status says what is true now. Filter by system or by status.
A Today dashboard, your day as one timeline and a first insights engine, on our own database in Zürich.

Goal likelihood, tomorrow's peak hours and an overload score, with their accuracy tracked.
Still to do: Real burnout detection and tipping points.
Self-sabotage loops, daily cycles and nudges that prevent rather than react.
A security centre with automatic checks and an audit log. Admins can't read your chats unless you share them.
